These Terms of Service (also called Terms and Conditions; together, the “Terms”) are the only terms that govern goodgoe.com (the “Site”) and any purchase of Goodgoe sunglasses, cases, and accessories. By using the Site you agree to these Terms.
Who we are
The Site is operated by Goodgoe. Our storefront is goodgoe.com. Customer service: support@goodgoe.com · +1 (619) 844-0137. Returns, shipping, privacy, and these Terms all use that same identity and contact information.
The Site and our products
Goodgoe offers polarized everyday and performance sunglasses. Product photos, colors, and descriptions are as accurate as we can make them, but screens differ. Prices, including promotional sale prices, may change. We may limit quantities or cancel orders that look fraudulent or that we cannot fulfill.
Orders, payment, and shipping
Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept when we charge your payment method and send a confirmation. You are responsible for providing a complete, accurate shipping address. Risk of loss passes when the carrier collects the package. Processing time and transit time are explained in our Shipping Policy.
Returns and warranty
U.S. purchases, including sale and marked-down items, follow our 30-day free returns policy. Eligible unused items can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Goodgoe covers return shipping on eligible U.S. returns with a prepaid label. After the warehouse receives and inspects the return (typically 2–3 business days), we issue a refund of the amount you paid to the original payment method. Polarized Goodgoe frames carry a 1-year limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. Prescription and custom work may be final once production starts.
Accounts
If you create an account, keep your password confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend accounts that misuse the Site.
Intellectual property
The Goodgoe name, logos, product names, look of the store, and Site content are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, scrape, or resell Site content without written permission.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the Site, attempt to break security, harvest customer data, or post unlawful content. We may refuse service where we reasonably believe these Terms were violated.
Disclaimer and limitation of liability
THE SITE AND PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS.” TO THE FULLEST EXTENT ALLOWED BY LAW, GOODGOE DISCLAIMS IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. SUNGLASSES REDUCE GLARE BUT ARE NOT A SUBSTITUTE FOR SAFETY EQUIPMENT REQUIRED BY A SPORT OR JOB. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATED TO THE SITE OR A PURCHASE IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE PRODUCT AT ISSUE, EXCEPT WHERE THE LAW SAYS WE CANNOT LIMIT LIABILITY (INCLUDING CERTAIN PERSONAL-INJURY CLAIMS).
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If a provision is unenforceable, the rest still applies.
